What's the difference between Gold and Tokens?
Earning Tokens is simple; just login to Yoo-Mee and play any of the games you love to play. Based on the score you get, you'll get Tokens. The better your score, the more Tokens you get!
Does Yoo-Mee have multiple types of challenges?
You bet! Yoo-Mee currently offers 2 challenge types: Winner take all, and 1 vs. 1 challenges
Winner Take All is a group challenge and usually leads to the largest jackpots. This type of challenge requires more than 2 people. The person with the highest score will win the challenge jackpot. Yoo-Mee charges a 25% management fee for Winner Take All challenges.
The 1 vs. 1 challenge is designed for 2 people. The person with the highest score will win the challenge jackpot. Yoo-Mee charges a 25% management fee for 1 vs. 1 challenges.
How do I earn Tokens?
Earning Tokens is simple; just login to Yoo-Mee and play any of the games you love to play. Based on the score you get, you'll get Tokens. The better your score, the more Tokens you get!
If you get really good, we'll give you a ton of bonus Tokens for setting hi-scores on our network or on a particular site you like to play at. You can also get Tokens for inviting your friends and filling out your account information.
Why can't I use Gold?
Gold can only be played by people who are 18 and over and are in states that don't prohibit them. Unfortunately, we have to be pretty strict about this, so please don't lie about your age or location as your account will be terminated.
We recommend that you go ahead and play for Tokens though; you can still challenge your friends and use them to show why you are the best on Yoo-Mee.
What can I do with my Tokens and Gold?
Great question! Accumulate your Tokens and try to get the most on our network. We'll be adding a whole bunch of prizes and activities for you to use those Tokens, so collect often.
Gold coin users can cash out their Gold for real money! We're also working on an exciting redemption program for you to use all the Gold you have won in your challenges. Stay excited; we'll let you know as soon as these awesome features get rolled out!
When I upload my games, do I have to change my game(s) in any way?
Please provide clean and polished games without any external links in the games.
How can I challenge my friends that aren't registered with Yoo-Mee?
You mean your friends aren't on Yoo-Mee yet? Lame. It's alright though, you can invite and challenge your friends via email and Facebook. They'll get an email or notification so they can come back to one of our Yoo-Mee players and join in on the fun.
My account got terminated! Why?
If you are caught violating the terms of our service we have to cancel your account. We're all about having fun, but you have to follow our rules. If you feel like your account was terminated in error, send us an email: feedback@hookedmediagroup.com.
How can I delete my account?
Why would you want to do that? We hope we can convince you otherwise! Right now, we don't have a button that will delete your account, but you can send us a note in the contact section with your username and password and we'll delete your account for you. Make sure to include why you'd like to terminate service!
I love your games, but what about all the other ones that I play?
We feel you! We want all the awesome games on our network so you can play them whenever and however you'd like. Make sure to send us an email letting us know which games you'd like to see on Yoo-Mee. Keep checking back though; we're always adding new games and other cool surprises.
Do I need to register a Yoo-Mee account to use your service?
We want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to using Yoo-Mee. We highly recommend signing up for a Yoo-Mee account and linking your Facebook account to it. Alternatively, you can sign in using Facebook connect. We'll be incorporating other awesome social platforms like Twitter, MySpace, Gmail, and Yahoo soon!

We all have Facebook accounts here (except for Rachel who's stubborn), so we figured we'd let it be really easy for our users to sign-in using their Facebook accounts.
If you don't want to register a Yoo-Mee account (but we really recommend you do), you can authenticate yourself using Facebook. Once you have done that, just make sure to sign in using the Facebook connect button every time.
Make sure to go to your account information and update your display name and email address to complete your registration and to get all the features Yoo-Mee has to offer.
Sending notifications through Facebook
If you do some cool stuff in Yoo-Mee, like beat your friend real badly in Cube Crash or another game, you can share it with all your friends on Facebook. You can also let all your friends know that you got top scores and see if they're willing to take you on!
I'm trying to play the game, but it's not loading or working correctly.
Our games are flash based, so make sure you have the latest Flash plugins setup on your computer. You can check out adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ to get the latest player and see if that works!
